Psychological and emotional support

At ESDI we place the highest value on respect, inclusion and safety. If you ever feel unsafe, uncomfortable or witness behaviour that doesn’t reflect our community values, please report it immediately to your academic tutor, student advisor, or any other staff member that you feel comfortable with.

Tips to Look After Your Mental Health

– Set aside 15-30 minutes each day to disconnect (walk, read, meditate, whatever helps).

– Talk to someone early if you’re feeling homesick, anxious or isolated, don’t wait until the pressure builds.

– Balance study with rest: skip one late night if you feel tired. Good sleep improves creativity and productivity.

– Get involved in social activities: meeting others is one of the best ways to feel connected.

– Use your Buddy, Student Services or the International Office as resources, they’re here for you.

Need Support?

– For immediate help: call 112 (general emergencies) or your local health line.

– For campus incidents or harassment: contact any staff member you feel comfortable with.

– For non-urgent support contact orientacio@esdi.edu.es to speak with our on-site orientation and psychopedagogical service.
