Documentation required
– IDENTITY DOCUMENT: Passport, Spanish residence permit, or official ID card from your home country.
– YOUR ORIGINAL RENTAL CONTRACT (FOR A DURATION OF AT LEAST 6 MONTHS): If you do not have a rental contract, you can provide a signed authorization from the owner of the apartment or from whoever holds the current contract, along with an original copy of their proof of ownership or their contract, and a photocopy of their ID card, passport, or other official identification.
