Sabadell is an important city in Catalonia, located north of Barcelona in the Vallès Occidental region. Known for its strong commercial and industrial spirit, the city was one of the pioneers of the Industrial Revolution in Catalonia, especially in the textile sector, alongside its neighbour Terrassa. You might even hear locals refer to it as “the Manchester of Catalonia.”
