UX/UI
ESDI’s Summer Course in UX/UI is an intensive international program that combines academic training, professional practice, and cultural experience in Barcelona. Over three weeks, you will develop a digital design project applying real-world UX/UI methodologies.
Introduction
This summer program is designed for university students interested in digital design, user experience, and technological innovation. Over 15 days, you will participate in hands-on UX/UI workshops led by digital design and interaction professionals in an international academic setting.
The course is based on widely used industry methodologies, such as Design Sprint, Crazy 8, and digital prototyping, allowing you to experience the entire design process: research, ideation, development, and final presentation. In addition to academic training, the program offers an immersive cultural experience in Catalonia.

Contents
The International Summer Course in UX/UI has a workload of 60 hours of classes, in which the following contents will be taught:

1. INTRODUCTION TO UX/UI AND DESIGN THINKING.
Fundamentals of digital interactive design, user experience principles, and innovation methodologies applied to the design of digital products. -
2. RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS.
Research phase of the project through interviews, benchmarking the competitive analysis to obtain relevant user-centered insights. -
3. IDEATION AND SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT.
Development of ideas and solutions through ideation sessions, user flow design, and low-fidelity prototypes.

4. REFINEMENT AND FINAL PRESENTATION.
Evolution and completion of the digital solution, with preparation and presentation of the final project to the teaching team.
