COURSE
DIGITAL FASHION 1 WITH CLO 3D
ESDI’s Digital Fashion Course 1 with CLO 3D introduces you to the future of fashion design. Through practical, professional training, you’ll learn to create garments, collections, and virtual 3D presentations using one of the industry’s most powerful and innovative tools.
Introduction
This 30-hour in-person course offers a complete immersion in digital fashion design, from pattern creation to the simulation and final presentation of realistic looks. You will work with CLO 3D, the leading software for 3D textile design, learning to create virtual garments, customize fabrics, apply prints, and generate high-quality renders and animations.
Throughout the program, you will develop the skills necessary to digitize your creative ideas and present them dynamically, professionally, and sustainably, without the need to produce physical samples. The course requires no prior experience in 3D simulation and is both geared towards designers who want to update their technology and creative professionals interested in digital fashion and the metaverse.

9. PRINTS.
Integration of prints, scales, and repetitions with visual precision.
-
10. POSITIONAL CHARTS.
Insertion of logos, fonts or illustrations in specific areas.
-
11. MODULAR LIBRARY.
Creation of a library of reusable resources (fabrics, buttons, fasteners).
-
12. ANIMATION.
Generation of catwalk movements and dynamic simulation of garments.
-
13. RENDERING.
Lighting setup, materials and final export of images or videos.
Methodology
The course is taught using a highly practical methodology, with guided exercises in each session that replicate real-world digital design processes in the textile industry. Learning is progressive: from familiarizing yourself with the software interface to presenting a complete 3D look.
Students work directly on their own projects, applying what they have learned in professional simulation environments. Each stage is accompanied by personalized tutoring and individual feedback, in order to consolidate both technical precision and creativity in the final proposal.
