The specialization in Audiovisual Design and Emerging Technologies within ESDI’s Bachelor’s Degree in Design trains you to be a multidisciplinary digital creator, specializing in motion design, generative media, and AI (Full-stack media profile). Here, you will learn to bring your ideas to life by mastering hybrid workflows that integrate video, graphic design, 2D/3D animation, and prompt engineering. You will use cutting-edge software and hardware to create high-impact visual content.

In the current creative industries, the boundaries between disciplines have dissolved. Curriculum

The Bachelor’s Degree in Design curriculum comprises 240 credits, structured into four years of 60 credits each. The first two years consist of Compulsory (O) and Basic Training (FB) courses, common to all specializations. However, some courses already cover specific content and include assignments and activities related to the specialization.

Audiovisual-specific courses are taught from the third year onwards and delve deeper into the theoretical and practical knowledge specific to the specialization. These courses are complemented by mandatory internships in companies and the development of a Final Degree Project.

Final Degree Project

Your Final Degree Project is the culmination of your studies and your introduction to the industry. You’ll have complete freedom to choose your format: from a short film, an interactive or immersive project, to a transmedia campaign or an AI-generated audiovisual work. Here you’ll demonstrate your narrative skills, technical maturity, and ability to design a comprehensive, high-impact piece.
