Curriculum
The programme is structured into nine modules that connect creativity, communication, and leadership with the application of artificial intelligence. The course combines tools for understanding an organisation’s challenges, developing proposals, and facilitating teamwork, culminating in an integrative project.
-
M1. CREATIVITY APPLIED TO STRATEGY.
You will train your divergent thinking and ability to question conventional approaches to identify opportunities for innovation. You will learn to use creativity as a professional skill to guide projects and bring fresh perspectives to the challenges facing your team and organisation. -
M2. VISUAL THINKING AND STRATEGIC INTELLIGENCE.
You will use maps, diagrams, and other visual thinking tools to organise information and make complex ideas understandable. You will work on how to represent a proposal so that your team can share a vision, discuss it, and make decisions more clearly.
-
M3. RESEARCH FOR DECISION MAKING.
You will begin your journey into qualitative user research to identify needs and substantiate your proposals. Through interviews and usability testing, you will learn to extract relevant findings and incorporate AI to support the analysis and synthesis of information. -
M4. STRATEGIC NARRATIVE AND PERSUASIVE COMMUNICATION.
You will learn to craft narratives that give meaning to your proposals and resonate with your audience. You will work on structuring presentations, documents, and reports to capture the attention of teams and clients, justify your decisions, and facilitate action. -
M5. VISUAL FACILITATION AND COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP.
You will design meetings and work sessions with a clear purpose, using visual tools to facilitate participation. You will practice how to make team contributions visible, build agreements, and strengthen individual commitment to shared goals.
-
M6. STRATEGIC IDEATION TECHNIQUES.
You will apply creative thinking and design methods to diagnose problems and generate solutions as a team. You will learn to reframe a challenge and broaden alternatives that increase the organisation’s response capabilities.
-
M7. ORGANISATIONAL TRANSFORMATION AND CHANGE.
You will explore the relationship between strategy, processes, and organisational culture to understand how change occurs within organizations. You will work on ways to support teams, address resistance to changes, and foster their participation in transformation processes.
-
M8. AI FOR CREATIVE LEADERSHIP.
You will learn how to integrate artificial intelligence tools into leadership and innovation processes. You will explore how these tools can expand idea generation and support analysis, critically evaluating their contributions and using them responsibly in decision-making.
-
M9. INTEGRATIVE PROJECT.
The capstone project brings together the learning acquired throughout the programme in a leadership and innovation proposal. You will articulate the challenge’s research, the strategy and the communication of your proposal, incorporating the collaborative tools and critical approach to AI explored throughout the master’s programme.
Methodology
The master’s programme offers a participatory and in-person learning, where group dynamics allow you to put design tools into practice in communication, ideation and leadership contexts. Collaborative work plays a central role, helping you learn to listen, consider different perspectives and develop proposals with others.
Throughout the modules, you will work with visual thinking, qualitative research, narrative, and facilitation techniques. AI is introduced as a support tool that requires critical analysis and independent judgment. The integrative project brings these learnings together and focuses on applying them in a professional context.
