ESDI hosts the Business Commission: Dialogue between Generation Z and business

Comisión de Empresas de moda y textil

On May 21, ESDI will hold a new edition of the Business Commission, a key event focused on the analysis of creative talent, Generation Z and the impact of artificial intelligence on the design sector.

Under the title “Dialogue between Gen Z and the Company: reflections on the new paradigms of talent”, the day is conceived as a meeting space between companies, human resources experts and students, with the aim of understanding how the creative labor market is evolving and what profiles organizations are currently demanding.

The event will take place in the ESDI Auditorium, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and will bring together leading companies in the sector to discuss current challenges in the management of young talent.

Generation Z, artificial intelligence and new market demands

One of the main focuses of the Business Commission will be the analysis of Generation Z in the creative field, based on data extracted from the report promoted by Modacc with the participation of ESDI.

Talent management experts from NTT DATA and MANGO will share their experiences in this field, providing a real-world view of new professional expectations and the challenges in attracting and retaining creative profiles.

In addition, the role of artificial intelligence in design will be addressed, and how this technology is redefining professional skills, work methodologies, and selection processes.

Open debate between companies and students

The day will include an open debate between companies and students, where the needs of the business sector and the aspirations of emerging talent will be shared.

This space will allow reflection on key aspects such as the application of artificial intelligence in the creative process, the most in-demand skills in the design sector, the job expectations of Generation Z, and the relationship between training, employability, and professional development.

The debate will be moderated by Dr. Encarna Ruiz, Academic Director of ESDI, and will conclude with a summary of conclusions and a networking space to foster connections between companies and future professionals.
