From November 25 to 29, Sabadell will once again become a hub of innovation with a new edition of Entrepreneurship Week, a program of activities aimed at entrepreneurs and new business owners who are starting or consolidating their projects. The goal of this initiative is to promote business creation, attract talent, and facilitate connections between emerging projects, established companies, and local ecosystem agents.
Within this framework, the ESDI School of Design will actively participate by hosting a session focused on the role of design as a discipline capable of generating impact and driving real change in the territory.
Entrepreneurship from a Local Perspective: Design as a Transformative Discipline

The session offers a space for reflection and inspiration on how design can act as a catalyst for innovation and social change. Three young designers from the fields of spaces, fashion, and product will share their entrepreneurial journeys, highlighting the importance of starting from the local context and leveraging local resources to shape projects with real impact.

Nómade Nation is a startup founded by young designers who have transformed their interest in design and mobility into an entrepreneurial project with a transformative vision. The company creates camper vans designed as high-quality living spaces, integrating design, functionality, and user experience. Their journey demonstrates how entrepreneurship through design can generate innovative, sustainable solutions aligned with current needs.
6:40 PM — Project Presentation: Nia Lafoz
The brand Nia Lafoz, founded in Sabadell by designer Emma Lafoz, focuses on inclusive, functional fashion adapted to different bodies and needs. Their approach combines aesthetics, comfort, and accessibility, viewing clothing as a tool for freedom and autonomy. The project stands out for its social and environmental commitment, aiming to contribute to a more fair and sustainable fashion model.
6:55 PM — Project Presentation: ODDD Works
ODDD Works, created by Marc Romero and Carles Carné, is a studio specialized in design, prototyping, and 3D printing, combining digital technology and craftsmanship to explore new material and technical processes. Their work focuses on research, experimentation, and sustainability, understanding design as a space where craftsmanship and technological innovation meet.
7:10 PM — Project Presentation: Black Milk
Black Milk BCN is a graphic design and communication studio based in Sabadell. Their work includes creating visual identities, editorial projects, and brand strategies, combining creativity, coherence, and strategic vision to connect brands with people. With experience in sectors like sports, culture, and business, they represent a way of entrepreneurship through design rooted in the local context and focused on real impact.
