Storytelling to “sell” ideas and new projects.

Who Is It Aimed at?
COURSE OBJECTIVES
This program is designed for professionals who work in environments where they need to make decisions, lead teams, communicate ideas, and generate solutions in changing contexts. It is especially geared towards management teams and middle managers, but is also open to any professional who wants to develop these skills in their daily work.
The sessions are conducted in small groups of between 15 and 20 participants, which allows combining conceptual rigor with group dynamics and the practical application of learning.

Strategic design leader with over two decades of international experience. His professional approach is grounded in the intersection of innovation, business strategy, and the human factor. He is recognised as an empathetic leader who manages multicultural teams by prioritising emotions, fostering radical transparency, professional ethics, and mutual trust. Throughout his career, from Europe to Asia, he has developed a creative mindset that seeks to transcend the traditional boundaries of design, crossing disciplines to find holistic solutions.
He has proven experience in integrating classical design, user-centred design (UCD), Design Thinking, and service design to address complex business challenges, with a strong interest in applying ethics to technological design.
