NOMINATION OF PARTNER UNIVERSITIES
APPLICATION
Partner universities select prospective exchange students according to their internal selection process and nominate them for one or two semesters of exchange.
Partner universities will be sent a nomination form with the following information: student’s full name, student’s email, home university, mobility semester, course specialty, and return date to the home university.
Once the partner universities have submitted the form, ESDI will contact the nominated students and send them the application instructions.
APPLICATION
-
Each nominated student will receive an email with access to the application form. They must complete the following information: student’s full name, student’s email address, home university, semester of mobility, course specialization, year of study, and a table of course equivalencies for subjects to be taken during the semester at ESDI.
-
You must also attach the following documentation: a copy of your passport or ID, portfolio, letter of motivation/presentation, and a table of equivalencies with the subjects and credits that you will take and that will be recognized at your home university.
STUDENTS FROM NON-PARTNER UNIVERSITIES
These same conditions and procedures may also apply to students who do not come from a partner university. To do so, they must send the previously mentioned required documentation to complete their application, contacting the International Department directly. It is important to note that each freemoving student is responsible for informing their home university about their academic exchange.
ESDI will not be held responsible if the home university does not approve the credit transfer, does not recognize the courses taken, or does not accept the exchange program. For this reason, we strongly recommend that students confirm the feasibility of the exchange and possible credit transfers with their home institution before beginning the process. ESDI will review each application and communicate the decision to its students after the application deadline for each semester.
COURSE OFFER
Students can choose any subject from their own specialization and a maximum of two subjects from another specialization, provided they have sufficient prior knowledge to follow the class. The minimum number of ECTS credits to choose is 18.
-
The International Department will send you the academic guide with the courses offered for Freemoving according to the mobility semester, so that you can choose the subjects of your interest.
