PURPOSE:
- La finalidad de la creación, existencia y mantenimiento del tratamiento de datos del Departamento de Gestión Académica es tramitar la matriculación de candidatos o alumnos a los diferentes programas que forman parte de nuestra oferta formativa: grados, bachelors, ciclos formativos, posgrados, masters, talleres/workshops y pertinente seguimiento y mantenimiento de los mismos así como la gestión propia de los profesores/colaboradores del departamento.
- La finalidad de la creación, existencia y mantenimiento del tratamiento de datos del Departamento de Administración y RRHH, es la de poder realizar, gestionar, administrar, dirigir, informar, realizar las tareas de seguimiento pertinente de clientes y proveedores así como el tratamiento de los datos del personal/colaboradores/PPP/FPI/No curriculares, con exclusivos fines de poder hacer efectiva nuestra relación laboral/contractual/programa formación/investigación y prácticas y la remuneración correspondiente por la realización de la misma.
- La finalidad de la creación, existencia y mantenimiento del tratamiento de datos del Departamento de Relaciones Internacionales es tramitar las solicitudes de información de los candidatos interesados en las diferentes formaciones que ofrece el centro provenientes de fuera del estado Español así como la recogida de datos necesarios para proceder a la valoración, aceptación y pre-inscripción como alumno de las mismas.
- La finalidad de la creación, existencia y mantenimiento del tratamiento de datos del Departamento de Admisiones es tramitar las solicitudes de información de los candidatos interesados en las diferentes formaciones que ofrece el centro así como la recogida de datos necesarios para proceder a la valoración, aceptación y pre-inscripción como alumno de las mismas.
- La finalidad de la creación, existencia y mantenimiento del tratamiento de datos del Departamento de marketing y comunicación es poder realizar envíos de información de utilidad e interés con oferta formativa de grado, bachelors, ciclos formativos, posgrados y másteres, así como talleres/workshops, cursos de verano, conferencias o seminarios, actividades de carácter institucional o social, servicios, concursos, noticias, ofertas y promociones.
LEGITIMATION:
Academic Management Department: The legal basis for processing your data is the provision of academic services and the student’s legitimate interest in completing the specific training. In the case of sending commercial information based on your express and affirmative consent, this will be maintained until you inform us of your wish to cease receiving it.
Administration and HR Department: The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the contracted academic service, which involves clients and suppliers, in the course of the employment relationship between the data subject and the data controller. Personal information will be retained for as long as the contractual/employment relationship is maintained or for the time strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations.
International Relations Department/Admissions Department: The legal basis for processing your data is the legitimate interest of the data subject in completing a specific training program. In the case of sending commercial information based on your express and affirmative consent, this will be maintained until you inform us of your wish to cease receiving it.
Marketing and Communication Department: The legal basis for processing your data is the express and affirmative consent obtained from each of the data subjects.
COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS:
Based on your affirmative and express consent, you allow us to send you commercial information about our services, news and other information through the communication channels that you have freely and voluntarily made available, such as email, phone call, WhatsApp and/or others.
This consent may be revoked at any time by contacting us at rgpd@esdi.edu.es or by clicking on the “unsubscribe” option where applicable.
STORAGE PERIOD:
Academic Management Department: The data provided will be kept for as long as the academic service is provided or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. In the case of sending commercial information based on the express and affirmative consent of the data subject, it will be kept until the data subject informs us of their wish to cease receiving such information.
Administration and HR Department: The data provided will be kept for as long as the provision of the contracted academic service and/or legal-employment relationship between the data controller and the data subject is maintained, or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.
International Relations Department/Admissions Department: The data provided will be kept for as long as it is processed based on the legitimate interest of the data subject or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. In the case of sending commercial information based on the express and affirmative consent of the data subject, it will be kept until the data subject informs us of their wish to cease receiving it.
Marketing and Communications Department: The data provided will be kept until you request the cessation of the activity.
RECIPIENTS:
While the processing of the interested party’s data lasts, FUNDACIÓ DISSENY TEXTIL (ESDI) will not transfer the data to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation, with the exception of the communication of data to the Ramon Llull University (URL) , based on the affiliation agreement between both entities, in the case of training courses that are covered by it.
In cases where third-party services are used for administrative, tax, accounting/commercial/service management processing, etc., the required data processing agreement will be duly formalized in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data subject’s data before third parties.
Regarding the international relations department, data on students/candidates from any program may be shared with third parties as necessary to process their visas and other related procedures, always solely for the purpose of fulfilling the department’s objectives. To guarantee the confidentiality and security of this data, FUNDACIÓ DISSENY TEXTIL (ESDI) will sign the required data processing agreement.
RIGHTS:
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and to withdraw the consent previously given. They also have the right to object to the processing of their data for the purpose of sending advertising information electronically. Furthermore, they may exercise their right to restrict processing, meaning their data will not be erased but its processing will be subject to limitations.
The exercises on portability and decision automation do not apply in this case due to the type of data and its processing.
