The Advanced Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Bespoke and Show Costumes at ESDI will train you to master artisanal and theatrical costume making. Through hands-on learning, you will learn to create unique pieces for fashion projects, as well as artistic and performance projects.

Curriculum
The Advanced Vocational Training Certificate in Bespoke and Show Costume Design has a total duration of 2,000 hours, which includes both training at the educational center and at the company where the curricular work placements take place. These hours are distributed across 14 modules and their corresponding training units, to be completed over two academic years.

It covers planning, procurement, and budgeting for costume and performance projects

It analyzes the evolution of clothing and fashion trends applied to costumes and set design

TEXTILE MATERIALS, CLOTHING AND LEATHER
It studies the properties, treatments and applications of the main textile materials, hides and leathers

CUSTOM CLOTHING MODELING AND PATTERN MAKING TECHNIQUES
Training in the creation of measurement charts, basic patterns, and modeling on a mannequin

Develops the design, manufacture and transformation of pieces for stage projects
