This creative ecosystem brings together institutions from art, architecture, and design, making the festival a key platform for showcasing emerging talent. During the festival, an expert committee visited all installations and awarded three prizes in the categories of Atmosphere, Risk, and Reflections, as well as two special mentions.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9293\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9293\" style=\"width: 2000px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9293 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.esdi.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/14-ESDI-Escola-Superior-de-Disseny__3_A6408_Photo_XaviTorrent_LowRes.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"2000\" height=\"1333\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9293\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo by XaviTorrent LlumBCN 26<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1714\">The 2026 Talent Jove jury was composed of <strong data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1542\">Alba Corral<\/strong>, artist; <strong data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1575\">Birgit Lill-Schnabl<\/strong>, Austrian curator; <strong data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1610\">Xevi Bayona<\/strong>, artistic director of the Llu\u00e8rnia Festival (Olot); and <strong data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1689\">Michela Mezzavilla<\/strong>, designer and architect.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1920\">Within this context, <em data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1746\">Hexalux<\/em> received the <strong data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1809\">Talent Jove Award for Transformative Capacity<\/strong>, recognized for its conceptual strength and its ability to change the perception of urban space through light.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1920\"><strong data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"2013\">A project that transforms rigid architecture into a living, ever-changing experience.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9263\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9263\" style=\"width: 1280px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9263 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.esdi.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/llum_bcn_ESDI40-a-mida-gran.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9263\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The perception changes with each step: Hexalux turns the viewer into an active part of the installation.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2061\">Hexalux: Light, Geometry, and Movement<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2279\"><em data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2072\">Hexalux<\/em> was installed in the outdoor area of the Auditori (Padilla Street, 153). The installation is based on a hexagram-shaped structure, symbolizing stability, order, and repetition within architectural language.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2557\">On this solid base, light and a translucent plastic curtain introduce dynamism and fragility, creating a visual play in constant transformation.
