ESDI\u2019s second-year Fashion Design students present the \u201cHEARTHFELT\u201d fashion show in downtown Sabadell<\/strong><\/p>\n

Next Wednesday, June 4th, at 9:21 p.m., Sabadell\u2019s Pla\u00e7a Major Passeig will be transformed into an open-air catwalk with the HEARTHFELT fashion show, featuring second-year students of the Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Design, with a focus on Fashion, from ESDI (a center affiliated with Ramon Llull University). The event is in collaboration with Ajuntament de Sabadell, Comer\u00e7 Centre, Multi\u00f3pticas Group, Centenari and Byprint.<\/p>\n

HEARTHFELT, a play on the English words \u201chearth\u201d (home) and \u201cheartfelt\u201d (sense), was born from the conceptual work developed in ESDI\u2019s Color Lab, the school\u2019s color trends laboratory, and is part of the official ranges presented at Intercolor SS26. This proposal, selected to represent Spain at the international color congress held in Bali (Indonesia) in 2024, reflects a return to essence, to craftsmanship, and to the link with Mediterranean identity.<\/p>\n

The collection\u2019s concept is based on a mythological story: young women who lived at the bottom of the sea, weaving, singing, and moving among the ocean currents. Inspired by the tales of Greek poets, the garments evoke this aquatic world through a color palette dominated by marine blues and greens, punctuated with warm touches that provide light and contrast.<\/p>\n

The designs presented incorporate artisanal techniques such as embroidery, lace, and lace, using traditional materials reinterpreted from a young and contemporary perspective. This show is the result of an intense academic and creative process, in which students worked from creative direction to tailoring, styling, and fashion production.<\/p>\n

With HEARTHFELT, ESDI reaffirms its commitment to fashion that excites, connects with the environment, and values \u200b\u200btradition as a driver of innovation.
