Telephone 937274819 and email: <u>rgpd@esdi.edu.es<\/u>  <\/p>&#13;\n<p><strong><u>PURPOSE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li>La finalidad de la creaci\u00f3n, existencia y mantenimiento del tratamiento de datos del\u00a0<strong>Departamento de Gesti\u00f3n Acad\u00e9mica<\/strong>\u00a0es tramitar la matriculaci\u00f3n de candidatos o alumnos a los diferentes programas que forman parte de nuestra oferta formativa: grados, bachelors, ciclos formativos, posgrados, masters, talleres\/workshops y pertinente seguimiento y mantenimiento de los mismos as\u00ed como la gesti\u00f3n propia de los profesores\/colaboradores del departamento.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>La finalidad de la creaci\u00f3n, existencia y mantenimiento del tratamiento de datos del\u00a0<strong>Departamento de Administraci\u00f3n y RRHH<\/strong>, es la de poder realizar, gestionar, administrar, dirigir, informar, realizar las tareas de seguimiento pertinente de clientes y proveedores as\u00ed como el tratamiento de los datos del personal\/colaboradores\/PPP\/FPI\/No curriculares, con exclusivos fines de poder hacer efectiva nuestra relaci\u00f3n laboral\/contractual\/programa formaci\u00f3n\/investigaci\u00f3n y pr\u00e1cticas y la remuneraci\u00f3n correspondiente por la realizaci\u00f3n de la misma.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>La finalidad de la creaci\u00f3n, existencia y mantenimiento del tratamiento de datos del\u00a0<strong>Departamento de Relaciones Internacionales<\/strong>\u00a0es tramitar las solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n de los candidatos interesados en las diferentes formaciones que ofrece el centro provenientes de fuera del estado Espa\u00f1ol as\u00ed como la recogida de datos necesarios para proceder a la valoraci\u00f3n, aceptaci\u00f3n y pre-inscripci\u00f3n como alumno de las mismas.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>La finalidad de la creaci\u00f3n, existencia y mantenimiento del tratamiento de datos del\u00a0<strong>Departamento de Admisiones<\/strong>\u00a0es tramitar las solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n de los candidatos interesados en las diferentes formaciones que ofrece el centro as\u00ed como la recogida de datos necesarios para proceder a la valoraci\u00f3n, aceptaci\u00f3n y pre-inscripci\u00f3n como alumno de las mismas.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<ul>&#13;\n<li>La finalidad de la creaci\u00f3n, existencia y mantenimiento del tratamiento de datos del\u00a0<strong>Departamento de marketing y comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0es poder realizar env\u00edos de informaci\u00f3n de utilidad e inter\u00e9s con oferta formativa de grado, bachelors, ciclos formativos, posgrados y m\u00e1steres, as\u00ed como talleres\/workshops, cursos de verano, conferencias o seminarios, actividades de car\u00e1cter institucional o social, servicios, concursos, noticias, ofertas y promociones.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p><strong><u>LEGITIMATION:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p><strong>Academic Management Department:<\/strong> The legal basis for processing your data is the provision of academic services and the student&#8217;s legitimate interest in completing the specific training. In the case of sending commercial information based on your express and affirmative consent, this will be maintained until you inform us of your wish to cease receiving it. <\/p>&#13;\n<p><strong>Administration and HR Department:<\/strong> The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of the contracted academic service, which involves clients and suppliers, in the course of the employment relationship between the data subject and the data controller.
