27 Oct LATENT, new festival of design, creativity and emerging talent
LATENT is a newly created festival created with the aim of disseminating and empowering creative talent, especially in the fields of design and digital arts. The event will be held in person and will concentrate its activities on 4, 5, 6, and 7 November at different locations in Terrassa.
The programme, which will focus on creativity and new trends, will include lectures by renowned artists who will talk about their professional careers, such as Conrad Roset, Hey Studio, Javier Jaén, Ingrid Picanyol, and Gimmewings.
Another of the most outstanding activities will be the LATENT DIALOGUES, a round table where Terrassa professionals from the sector will talk informally about current creative trends. Pep Salazar, Director of the Offf Festival and ESDi professor of the mention in Multidisciplinary Integration, will participate in this initiative.
With this first edition, the festival aims to promote and highlight local projects and at the same time highlight the emerging talent of Terrassa. In this way, seven “TALENTS LATENTS” have been selected to explain what their projects consist of. In this section we find the ESDi alumni Xavi Martínez and the start-up Windowsight, which is involved in the alumni and professor of ESDi Albert Puig.
In addition, the festival also wanted to bet on training and learning, offering two workshops on Video branded content and Creative photography for brands, and two masterclasses by RUN Studio and Núria Vila and Josep Amat.
Music will also be present at LATENT with concerts by IHHH & Desilence and Ikram Bouloum, both close to the electronic genre and who will combine audiovisuals with music. Don’t miss it!
