Ivan Merino, professor and head of ESDi industrial workshop, has won the 1st Granini España Sustainable Innovation Contest.
This contest is framed within the Cultivando Talentos program. A program that seeks to promote projects and ideas related to sustainable development.
In addition to his teaching at ESDi, Ivan also leads Biscuits BCN, a culinary design studio. He is also considered an eco-designer for his commitment to the Environment.
The challenge of the contest was to use 25kg of peach bones to design and build functional objects. Don’t miss Ivan’s design!
