Concentrated, but complete. This is how we define our “Plug and Play” Express Workshops, which will provide you with specific training on some of the trends or tools that increasingly take place in the world of design: 3D printing applied to fashion, food design, information converted into an image, and the strategies you need to express yourself and sell yourself as a designer.

Counting on a simple work methodology, we will work on the design of a piece and its realization, while giving a digital graphic understanding of 3D printing, agilely combining creativity and technology.
Food Design Printing

In charge of David Fernández, pastry master of El Barri By Ferran Adrià, and Carles García, expert in additive manufacturing, product design and professional of the plastics industry.
A great truth from the hand of popular wisdom: food enters through the eyes. Gastronomy and design, in this way, for young people to generate new instances of consumption that, through models and forms, respond to the demands and trends of the food sector. Beyond taste, experience, communication, interactivity and functionality must define a dish.
Smart Data Visualization
March 20 to 21, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
In charge of Jaime Serra, multidisciplinary artist, columnist and journalist, who has collaborated in media such as the Periódico de Catalunya, Tele 5, El Mundo Deportivo and various publications in Europe and America
The cultural domain of the image has been installed with force in the way in which we understand complex information. For this reason, and in the face of the overabundance of data from the information age, the infographic proves again and again to be one of the best instruments to facilitate the transmission and interpretation of information. Through this workshop you will know the essential ways to visualize information, when they should be used, how to analyze them and how to perform them, always valuing both the understanding and the honesty of the content.
The importance of knowing how to communicate: storytelling & pitching

Behind every design project is a communication strategy that not only explains it, but also is able to exploit its potential and its attractiveness. With a focus on communication and public expression, this workshop will teach you how to pitch different professional projects, taking storytelling tools, the press and even non-verbal communication.
