About Open Workshops Bcn

Since 1993, Open Workshops Bcn has offered the possibility to art, craftwork and design professionals to show their work to everyone within the room where the creative process takes place: the workshop.

Every year a wide diversity of creative organizations and workshops participate. This shows the evident representativeness of the artistic sector in our country. Individual workshops, shared working spaces, schools of arts and artistic professions, private companies, creation labs, associations, museums, art galleries, etc. It is a unique occasion for everyone who wants to discover creative talent in Spain.

In addition, Open Workshops Bcn has a large activity program which takes place in workshops and invention areas. Visitors have the opportunity to prove and experience creative processes first-hand through different proposals: workshops, conferences, shows, etc. These activities allow exploration through art, craftwork, and design to the professional public, beginners and families.
