13 Feb ESDi activities for Mobile Week Sabadell
Mobile Week Sabadell is an initiative promoted by Movile World Capital that was born in 2017. Its goal was to organize a week of open reflection around digital transformation and become a meeting point of collaboration between the world of entrepreneurship, digital industry, science, Thinking, and creative industries. Within the framework of this event, ESDi organizes conferences and workshops.
They are free and addressed to children between 8 and 12 years old. They have a duration of 1 hour and there’s the possibility of doing only one or both. Registration is required to attend. You can do it here.
Print a 3D object designed by yourself!
This workshop will allow you to print and take a custom object to your home. Using a 3D modeling software we will learn to design any piece we can imagine, quickly and easily. We will also learn to use the 3D printer to make our object.
Date: Saturday, March 28 | Schedule: 10.30 – 11.30 h. | Place: ESDi Sabadell
Art and augmented reality (AR)
AR allows you to visualize graphic information added to the real world through a device with a built-in video camera such as a smartphone or tablet.
In this workshop, we will see references and uses of augmented reality and we will know their potential uses as well as their limitations. Using an easy-to-use software we will apply augmented reality to an image created taking into account fonts, colors, shapes, and materials.
Date: Saturday, March 28 | Schedule: 11.30 – 12.30 h. | Place: ESDi Sabadell
